I have been a loyal customer for several years now. This week I had a very bad experience with their customer service. I received a quote for a repair by text message. I called the Parts department and spoke to a guy named Brian to ask a few questions about prices on parts and he was very rude and upset. This man should not be handling customer calls, has no patience or empathy. Never before had issues with anyone from Strada. This will be my last year buying their maintenance program.
Francisco Pèrez was great! He spent a lot of time explaining, and showing me every step of how he got my system, back up and working! Very impressed and thankful for superior service!
