Possible Internal Fraud We hired this company to service my in-laws’ AC unit and were charged $1,800 for the job. Weeks later, the unit completely broke down. When we called a second company for help, their technician confirmed that the system had never even been touched — no work was done at all. I just wanted to give a shout out to Erisniel Machado. Somehow I had water back up into my float switch line so I placed a service call to Strada. The tech they sent was Erisniel. He was professional , friendly, and efficient. He identified and fixed the problem, and then went the extra mile by flushing out the entire line with water and compressed air. Unit is running like ice cream now! Thank you.

Absolutely awesome techs and company. Patient, kind and they actually got job done. After having my AC go out month after month and another company patching it without actually fixing the issue, Strada took the time to fix it in one afternoon. After two weeks without AC this was a MAJOR blessing. Thank you Kevin, you were great!
