I bought a home from Ryan homes. They use strada as an electrician contractor. The light switch in the master bedroom was installed quite far from the door. It needed to be moved. I waited since november 2024. Today Sean the eletrician a real nice guy came in to move the switch. After looking at the switch he called his Supervisor Anil. I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm. After 2 calls to them no one showed up nor did they have the decency to call. Now I’m on hold for 8 mins waiting for a useless supervisor. I would give a negative star rating but that’s not an option. I can only do 1 star. So the supervisor Roxanna didn’t have the decency or the nerve to get on the phone. Next available is 2 days from now. These people SUCK!!! Veh # what looks to be 33458 almost side swiped me on 95 so I backed off and he’s continued to drive like a complete douche and swaying all over his lane & into others. Drive much?
