You guys are robbers. I did a 3 year dreadful contract and after .. Finally after three years I was able to call and cancel. They confirmed this - disabled my app and stopped the payments from my account. 10 months later I get a bill over $500 and some stating they will charge this to the county. They said I didn't put this in writing 30days prior to contract expiration. No services and I’m being charged. CROOKS! Reporting this unfair to the BBB! So they make a new appointment for Wednesday between 8 and 1 and can’t keep that either. I wo... read more
