Absolutely awful. A copper pipe installed by Strada had a hole in it causing it to explode and come through my ceiling. Strada came out and gave us two options to fix it. We signed an agreement for the material and the job. They ordered the incorrect copper then took a week to order the correct material after saying it would only take 1-3 days. Jose from security was a life saver. Super nice and helpful. His patience is amazing. Took his time to explain and solve my issue. His kind words and through explanations made it easy to get things done. So glad I have Strada because of employees like Jose from security

Id give 0 stars if I could. Avoid this company at all costs. They're completely incompetent. Every time they give us a five hour window, and every time they leave us hanging. They either never show up or call us to reschedule hours after the supposed arrival window.

Worst company. They came did an evaluation and charged me $144 dollars for diagnostics. They told me they would call 48 hours and never had a call. Then I called them about 1 week, and they scheduled an appointment for something else that wasn't my main problem. They didn't come to my house, and they did not even call to cancel. Never had a call from them. Worst company services ever. Never do bad reviews, but this is bad service and scam.

Irresponsables. Estuve 5 horas esperando y nunca llegaron, la vez anterior vinieron y el técnico no tenía idea de lo que debía hacer. Ósea perdí dos días de trabajo y nadie se hace responsable. Hacen una cita y dejan a la gente esperando en sus casas
