Strada Healthcare is such a great company to work with, Taylor Delaney is the best at helping breaking down the language and explaining healthcare in human talk! Highly recommend working with them.
Strada is a great program with awesome providers. The program is set up so we can call, text go into the office or be seen through tele health. It is extremely convenient and affordable. Our specific provider is Cassie Krause MSN, APRN who is extremely knowledgeable. She has really taken the time to get to know us in order to provide the best medical care that we have ever been given. We are able to talk with her and really feel like she listens. In 6 hours, I would be on a plane to go on a European cruise and seeing several countries I've wanted to visit for years. Except for a major lab error conducted by this organization. One that they didn't have the courtesy to call me, just "updated" lab results 5 hours after we canceled a very expensive vacation, only correcting/reporting changes to me via text messaging. I’ve gone to strada healthcare several times, and they’ve always been so eager to help. It’s much more of a high end customer service experience then a physician or medical office visit. They’ve helped with Covid, other testing, and some heart health issues. I would highly recommend taking a look at their services for your needs.
All I can say is thank God for RYEN at Strada! My brother and I were in a terrible bind. We were scheduled to fly to our home country of Pakistan and had our 72 hours covid test.We got to the airport only to discover the airline had changed the rules to require testing within 48 hours of flight. What to do? Every testing office was booked solid! Ryen made a special effort to get us in and tested. Thanks to his efforts,we were able to leave the next day! For travellers I highly recommend Strada heath care for covid testing.
