I recently purchased a Bianchi Sempre Pro from Strada Cycles and my experience was excellent. Jason and Joey-Lee are a husband/wife team and own and operate the shop together. When I first came in Joey-Lee was really friendly and knowledgeable and we went through my requirements for a new bike. There was no sales pressure, and it wasn't an intimidating experience. JUST AMAZING, VERY GOOD EXCELLENT SERVICE , AND FRIENDLY AS WELL.
I had an unpleasant experience with their store. This is my account of what happened. I have been in email contact with their store, since I was in the market for a new road bike. I found out about some of the bikes they have, and thought I'd show up in person to test ride some of them.
