The entire experience was great. From booking appointment to the consult. We met Jackie and he was great with our toddler. He did a thorough eye check up and explained everything so well. Will surely be visiting again for our 6 months follow up😊.
We saw Hana Khoo twice and she treated us like friends. She was very helpful, open minded to new ideas and friendly, putting our needs ahead of profit. She guided us in the right direction more than any other optometrist we've been to. She's very sweet. Also fast and easy to make an appointment without long wait times.
I was saved this morning by the wonderful Elizabeth who was able to bend back my glasses 👓 frames without breaking them. Phew!😮💨 Her big smile, positive energy, and fantastic communication and frame-bending skills brightened my somewhat disastrous morning. When I told her I could almost hug her, she indeed did give me a warm hug 🤗 when I started to get teary from the relief of not having to get new glasses. Don’t hesitate to come here for your optical needs.Hallelujah! Thanks SO MUCH Elizabeth! 👏🏻 💜
