We saw Hana Khoo twice and she treated us like friends. She was very helpful, open minded to new ideas and friendly, putting our needs ahead of profit. She guided us in the right direction more than any other optometrist we've been to. She's very sweet. Also fast and easy to make an appointment without long wait times.
I was saved this morning by the wonderful Elizabeth who was able to bend back my glasses 👓 frames without breaking them. Phew!😮💨 Her big smile, positive energy, and fantastic communication and frame-bending skills brightened my somewhat disastrous morning. When I told her I could almost hug her, she indeed did give me a warm hug 🤗 when I started to get teary from the relief of not having to get new glasses. If you are booking, book with Jacky, do not ever book with hana khoo she was totally rude and unprofessional.
Don't ever go there if you plan to use your private health fund! We had the worst experience at this place in April this year. Firstly, you can't work out how much you will be out of pocket until you actually make the payment. Then we were incorrectly charged out of pocket for $130+ while the full payment was clearly covered by our health fund. The shop refused to refund us even when we provided the benefits statement from the health fund. They want to wait until the boss Greg does his bank account reconciliation which only ... read more
