I would not recommend using Stracener. They, like most Midland businesses have jacked their labor rates disproportionately based on the demand for their services, $125/HR for sprinkler repair is ridiculous (that is what I pay my accountant, and he has three degrees). I would have less of a problem paying that high rate for excellent work, but their work is terrible.
