Horrible customer service. Schedule an appointment at 9:00 am but when I showed up no one was there. I tried to call but I kept but 1-2 rings then they would send me to voicemail. I stayed in the parking lot to 10 am waiting for someone to show up.

DO NOT take your truck here unless you have extra time and money to have a professional go over their work. If you don’t have it checked out make sure your life insurance policy is up to date. Left with bad front end steering and found BOTH idler support arm nuts hanging on by 1 thread. Rear end was also making a ton of noise. Found the leaf spring shackle bolts on both sides in same condition. The nut was not even threaded on inside the frame. Went in for an alignment after getting aftermarket upper control arms and they were able to get it dialed in. Definitely going back.
