Mouse poop in the units and the floors don’t get cleaned very often. They also regularly raise the price of rent. When we called the company to report the mouse droppings everywhere the woman on the phone rudely said “well what do you want me to do about it”. I can’t wait until I can move all my things out of this place.

This storage unit was perfect for us. It was clean and easy to move into the unit. Management was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Our movers had a large moving truck & building accommodated driving right into the building.
Renting here was fast and easy to do online. The place is clean and easy to get in and out of, even though it is a secure location. I rented a climate-controlled storage unit, so my things were kept safely. It is clean, and the hallways are wide for moving in and out. They also have these long moving wagons to help move things more easily and faster; it saved my back. The staff is professional and provides excellent service.
