I am a board member for an 8 unit condo in Seattle. We have been working with and using ST&R for about 2.5 years now. Tarra is our main contact. She is very knowledgeable of WA state condo laws and procedures. Her team consists one 1-2 assistants and a strong accounting team. Sometimes there are slight delays with payments/receipt of info but overall I have been happy working with the entire team. They respond typically in 1-3 days and does what we need them for. Overall- happy to be working with them!

My community has been with ST&R for maybe 2 months. I’ve emailed 6x asking for items as an owner I have a right to see. Zero reply. I’ve tried to register on the portal. I can’t and haven’t had any help. They don’t follow our CC&R’s. I don’t think they’ve even looked at our CC&R’s. I’m very disappointed.
I called in to speak with someone at ST&R and the owner/president of the company answered. I asked about a change on my account that was supposed to be waved and was trying to explain my side of the story but was interrupted and when I asked to finish what I was saying she hung up on me. I called back and was immediately hung up on again. This is not the kind of company I want to represent my community.
