This was the best ER experience I have ever had. Everyone there was so friendly and caring!! Very fast too!! Glad to have them in Mandeville!
Always a short wait and quick diagnosis on the problems my family have had
I've been here 3 times, the first two times were for my daughter and she got excellent care. the third was for myself, I fell down half a flight of stairs and I hurt my back so I go in that evening to get it checked out. I was literally there for 15 minutes.. I was told I was fine nothing was wrong and that I can go home and take Tylenol. So at this point I'm happy that it was quick but when I get home I look at the paperwork and I was given paperwork on opiate addiction... i was profiled as an addict. so to say I'll never g... read more
They have been so nice and attentive to my moms needs as well as asking if I need anything. Fantastic staff on tonight!

I am extremely impressed with the care my daughter received here tonight. The team was absolutely amazing.
I am very impressed with this facility! I was treated by Dr. Brown for a kidney stone and I was in and out in 40 minutes! I even had blood work and a cat scan done while I was there . Dr. Brown along with my nurses Jason and Jolene were very attentive and caring as well. They made sure I understood exactly what was going on and took the time to answer all of my questions. The level of care I received was top notch and I highly recommend this ER.
I am very happy with the level of care my son received here tonight. There was no wait time, and the doctor came in just shortly after being in his room. All of the staff there were very nice and caring. They were happy to answer all of our questions and we did not feel rushed at all. Glad to have this close to home.
