I called for the first time, my intention was to ask if this person could make me a wood stand for a musical instrument. However, when I called and introduced myself and let him know that I was interested in something for my musical instrument, he abruptly cut me off and said he doesnt do musical instruments as if I was asking him to make me a musical instrument????. He never let me get to the part where I said I wanted him to make me a "wooden stand". Very poor communication.
