Failed to submit paperwork to the courts. Charged me nevertheless. His errors cost me tens of thousands. I used him because I knew he and his wife from church. Despite being warned by mutual friends that he’s nice personally but a horrid attorney. Avoid at all costs! Self representation is better than his representation.
