The hotel is large and sprawly. My room was clean and comfortable. There was a Keurig and coffee and tea but no cups in my room. No available outlets near the bed to charge a phone. The showerhead was half clogged and sprayed at the ceiling. For the price I expect better. I did not eat on site. Staff I saw were friendly but the desk was most often vacant

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience at this hotel. I had a confirmed reservation in writing from the staff after booking for a room with two queen beds, which was crucial because I was traveling with my father. However, upon arrival, not only did we not receive the correct room type, but the room I was shocked to discover had not even been cleaned. The entire check-in process took nearly two hours. The rooms were very spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel itself has places to sit and relax. It is a beautiful place.

This is hands down the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We wanted to spend a relaxing night at Stoweflake - we were not prepared for what we were about to experience: - The communal areas were filthy. We sat down whilst waiting for our room to be ready and found the same filth still there the next day. - We found multiple wasps in our room, both alive and dead. I booked three rooms at Stowflake for three nights. My friends and I felt the employees were exceptional in going above and beyond, so helpful in planning our day and genuinely reaching out to us to make certain everybody was happy and had any questions were answered about hiking destinations and dining in the area. Extremely knowledgeable about places to go and things to do to suit all individual needs. Individual kudos to each and every employee Who assisted us these past three days.
