Timely and appropriate patient care is lacking. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand that demands can be high at times. If it’s a staffing issue, please correct it. There is no reason that patient care should be compromised, especially for someone who has life threatening medical issues. Please do better, SFP.
We had a wonderful experience with this family practice in December 2024. Our son became ill on a family vacation and the practice was able to offer us a same day appointment. The nurses and staff were all very kind. Angela Winchell FNP was so warm and caring and did an excellent job evaluating my son who had pneumonia. Great bedside manner! My 91 year old dad is visiting and SFP has been so kind and accommodating to him. He has visited urgent care several times and each and every time Stacey has been amazing!!! Christine has always been very accommodating with the appointments. They are professional and very caring.
