Just went to try and access my 3 storage units and my passcode was denied! There is nobody in the office, and I cannot reach anyone at any of there numbers! I have rented 3 units at this facility (previously Stowaway Storage) for nearly a year, and my they are paid automatically through EZ pay each month. This NEVER happened under previous ownership. I am in the process of moving and cannot access any of my belongings! Infuriating!!!! Don’t use them!
The only storage unit that I will use with honest people with . Chris The on-site manager she was very courteous and very knowledgeable made sure I got the perfect storage unit for my business at Bob's Affordable Painting Since 1991
I had problems paying for my unit after I got hurt at work. Lamar was respectful, reasonable, and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
Nice clean storage unit facility. Manager Lamar is great! Highly recommend!
