Me and my family have used this storage unit for years, prior to Extra space storage buying Stowaway. Management is phenomenal they are extremely nice and very helpful. Two years I personally had items at this storage and never once encountered any issues. I would happily recommend this storage unit to anyone. They make moving easy. Friendly and efficient. Called about an automatic payment problem, left a message and Mike called back very quickly and got it settled.
I had a wonderful experience with Mike during my transition from Stowaway to Extra Space Storage. He was gentle, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and created a safe environment, which is crucial amid uncertainty about scams. I initially felt wary, preferring working with John, but Mike's mature and kind approach reassured me. I normally would not rate a place like this but I had to plug the customer service. I used a unit for a short time and when I left, the front office made it super easy.
