I understand you have an "image" to try and maintain but what you have describe is not what happened at all. i offered to make an appointment with you MS. Winifred as i did not feel comfortable leaving it at reception and you laughed rudely and told me that would never happen. I was under strict instructions to deliver the envelope and make sure you got it into your hands.. given the nature of things. On another note , Might i suggest you work on your bedside manner? . I had a brief interaction with Ms. Winifred this afternoon, and it was telling. From the start , her demeanour was dismissive and very unwelcoming. When I explained that I was not comfortable leaving money or cheques at reception and I instead offered to schedule an appointment at a later date , she laughed and stated that I would not be able to secure one.
