I have never dealt with a worse company then this. It’s a scam! No one does anything to help. There’s no employees, I’m still being charged and emailed final notices when my unit was burnt down in Nov. of 25!
I have had storage units in other cities and states and have NEVER had the issues I’ve had with this place. After initially signing up, the unit was dirty and disgusting. I IMMEDIATELY went online to cancel my account and find a different facility. I also sent an email to Stow “Pros” letting them know exactly this. I also tried to call, but they have no employees.
