As a long suffering customer at SpecSavers I had no idea of the quality of both service and product that is available at some smaller more boutique Opticians. My experience was at Concept Eye Clinic in Stow on the Wold. The quality and the care of the eye exam was the first point of difference, so unlike the factory process at SpecSavers.
