After getting very high estimates from several places including my dealership, I just happened to see Stow Muffler & Brakes as I drove home. Fred, the owner, & Tim the tech could not have been nicer & honest. They repaired my exhaust while I waited for $120 less than all the others. Fred and Mike were absolutely wonderful in helping me diagnose my vehicles issue. They were very informative, kind and honest! While my situation did not account for resolution due to me not wanting to invest money in a vehicle worth no more than, $2k, I would absolutely do business with them again in the future!
Found Fred's shop online when needing my car noise diagnosed. He's an honest shop owner with great staff - Steve was able to show me the noise was coming from the engine, not the exhaust or muffler. Inspection rate was lower than any local dealer and they found a complex issue and were honest about my not needing exhaust repairs. Definitely coming back for any repairs, not just brakes and mufflers. Great shop!
