Stow Muffler and Breaks was able to get me in for an appointment in a reasonable time and completed the repair the same afternoon (roughly 2 hr) despite needing to order a part. Both gentlemen were personable and communicated well about the issue. The repair even fixed a rattle at idle I was told was unrelated by another shop. I highly recommend this shop if you have an exhaust issue.
After getting very high estimates from several places including my dealership, I just happened to see Stow Muffler & Brakes as I drove home. Fred, the owner, & Tim the tech could not have been nicer & honest. They repaired my exhaust while I waited for $120 less than all the others. Fred and Mike were absolutely wonderful in helping me diagnose my vehicles issue. They were very informative, kind and honest! While my situation did not account for resolution due to me not wanting to invest money in a vehicle worth no more than, $2k, I would absolutely do business with them again in the future!
