I came into the store to get links taken out of my bamboo watch. I received laughter accompanying their refusal to take the links out of my watch. When I asked for a recommendation of where to go, I was told they since they refused to do it they assume every other jewelry store would refuse also. Very rude and not helpful in the slightest !!!
I love this little jewelry store, they are independently owned and have a beautiful selection of rings, necklaces, watches and pendants. I would recommend this store to anyone.
