I rented a larger 10x20 unit for 4 years, never had any problems. Lovely staff and easy location. Still a small business, run by good people.

Am so glad I will never have to use this storage space again. Granted, I stored my belongings here for 2 years. However, within several months, the majority of my belongings were ruined. Wooden furniture molded, boxes turned moldy - one wall of the unit seemed to be perpetually damp and anything along that side turned moldy. Mice chewed through furniture, through Rubbermaid bins, etc. Serious rodent infestation - opened bins to find glass containers that literally had over an inch of mouse pee in them. I've tried getting a unit from them for over two months now. Never open and no one answers the phone or returns any voicemails.
