Great staff very helpful
Yikes! We went in just to have a look at woodstoves. One of the gentlemen who worked there came to to us with a miserable demeanor. As we were admiring a kitchen stove that's on display he continued to ask "what can we get you"- in attempt to hurry us along. Rarher than engage about our obvious interest. We were the only ones in the store by the way, no reason to be in a rush. Got a wood burning insert with installation. The process could not have been easier. Great product. Great service. More than meets my expectations from heat, efficiency, and ambience standpoint.
I wanted to do business here but its just impossible. Went for a pellet stove George said coal would be better. I sent pictures as asked and got no response. Called talked to Ray and told him I want to do this so for sure and I am not wasting there time . George called me and put me in touch with Joe Rinker there installer .
