Ernie on install was rude and dishonest
I visited a pellet stove store hoping to buy a replacement part for my pellet stove, but the old man there was a big jerk... rude and unprofessional.... I suggest purchasing pellet stoves and parts online to save time and avoid going there....
Pretty sure I was sold a used stove as new and had third party installation. After several years of use Harman is still the best but this place isn't my go to anymore.
They don't return calls for service.stay away! Go somewhere else.
