Sorry I did business there, people are rude, service is terrible. Went to another dealer for service.
They have no parts for the fireplace should you ever need them. I'm without a blower motor all winter. Sad

We got ready drove over an hour thinking we’d have someone who cared spend time discussing our needs. All the older bald guy jerk cared about was getting back to his seat to get on his phone. I confronted him quietly at the desk and when my husband came there he told my husband I was complaining about his service. He literally tried to get me in trouble.
