Love this place.
The prices can't be beat here, the flooring tile selection is pretty extensive, I was able to find high quality tiles at an incredible price for my small bathrooms. My issue was with customer service. The loaders were great - polite and efficient. Thank goodness for one sales clerk named Lilly - she was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. LIED TO. CONSUMER FRAUD You just lost my 5 star review for ILLEGAL DECEPTIVE SALES PRACTICES. BAIT AND SWITCH IS ILLEGAL. I called and specifically asked if they had a " 8 brick pattern concrete paver." Employee at Stovers Oak Ridge " yes we do" I drove there from out of town, they did not have what I WANTED. Try to sell what they Have, not what I want. They tried the old "Bait and Switch" scam which failed. This is ILLEGAL UNDER ALL 50 STATES CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS. No more business. Lied to once, thats the end.
Great prices for building supplies
We ordered cabinets and flooring from them. We gave Jason the dimensions of our kitchen. He drew up the layout,when we put them up one of the cabinets stuck out into the window 2 inches. They wouldn't do anything about it so it cost us $280. To order the right size. When we went to put up the cabinet over the microwave it was only 12 inches tall so our microwave is to high up, again they wouldn't do anything about it.
