Stover's put new flooring in our entire upstairs recently and the process could not have been smoother. Our contact was with Jennifer and she took us through selection of materials and explained all our options as we went along, without any pressure or hard sell tactics. Materials were delivered promptly and installation was scheduled and completed shortly after. My recent experience at Stover's was nothing short of exceptional! When trying to find carpet for a custom sized area rug, Jennifer looked and looked until "the perfect one" was found.
