I had Stover’s install carpet and hardwood in my house. The carpet was installed no problems. I had high expectations for the hardwood, but was ultimately let down. The installers had errors and cut corners a few times, and didn’t clearly communicate things. This eventually led to other issues later down the road when it was too late to fix. We could not have been happier with the whole experience. We worked with Eirik from day one and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It took us a while to pull the trigger and he was not pushy whatsoever. He got us on the schedule quickly and Herb the installer was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier and still comment every day how much we love our new basement floor. We will only use Stover on any future flooring projects.
