We had an awful experience with Stover Construction. First, he took his first draw on our construction loan in February 2019 and didn't break ground until 6 weeks later in April. The house would sit for weeks at a time with no one working on it. He lied to us about having the Certificate of Occupancy so we moved in. Ten days later we learned he didn't have it because he never turned in the required paperwork or paid the fee. He never gave us a final walkthrough and never completed the house.
