Called and asked for a chimney inspection and replacement recommendation in November. Tried calling a month later for the inspection report and quote, no answer. Tried multiple times and left messages, no answer. Never provided a report or quote. Ended up hiring another company to inspect and replace. Now...5 months later I get an invoice for the "sweep" and inspection....still no report for the inspection. Appears they are too busy. I would look somewhere else.

Bought a beautiful hearth pad for a great price. Had trouble getting stove back together and the staff returned phone promptly and help troubleshoot problem
