To start the installers did a good job, the issue I have is 10 Years after the installation.All my windows have air leaks do to gaskets leaking and the oron gas is gone. So I contacted them and I was told the windows had a recall, I was never contacted and I tried to have them replaced. I was told again that the windows had a recall and the original owner retired. The new owner said he would come look at my windows. I have not heard from him yet what a joke. I would not recommend them at all.
Great service, very reasonable prices. Repair and replacement of screens.
Just a great local shop — very helpful with keeping my old storm windows working smoothly. Now happy they are helping me with another window project! Very happy to recommend this shop!
