Very nice folks!
I called the Stove Shop because our Heatilator gas fireplace was not working. All other local repair companies were booked out for a couple months. The Stove Shop had availability the same week and did a great job. They fixed the fireplace and also cleaned it really well, it looks and works great! The service technician was very friendly and professional.
High integrity. Could have sold me a wood stove that would not have worked well in my house because of poor draft. Instead, fixed the existing propane fireplace that another repair person told us was unfixable.
