Update 7/24/2025: Air conditioner is out again. It's a very hot, almost unbearable situation. Update 7/19/2024: DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT RELIABLE HEATING AND COOLING. THE AIR CONDITIONER IS OUT AGAIN AND NOW ITS THE WEEKEND SO IM SURE IT WONT GET FIXED UNTIL NEXT WEEK. I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE. Update 1/14/2023: HVAC problems continue. I recently toured Stove Lofts and was so impressed! The space is absolutely gorgeous with tons of character, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful, but I especially want to mention Ashley Anderson—she was amazing! Ashley took the time to answer all my questions, made the tour enjoyable, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out. If you’re thinking about checking out Stove Lofts, I highly recommend it!
I’ve been at Stove Lofts for a while now and honestly, it’s one of the best places I’ve lived. The building itself is unique — big windows, tall ceilings, and that old industrial style that actually feels like a loft, not just another apartment. The location is solid too. I’ve lived here for 4.5 months now and the management is HORRIBLE. The office never seems to be open during regular business hours. Anytime I tried to go pay rent at the office, the door was locked. I had to slide the rent money UNDER THE DOOR. How trashy is that?! I had gone on different weekdays to try and pay rent around 10:15am, 11:15am, noon, 4:00pm.
