My gas fireplace was not working and hadn't been serviced for years. Ryan serviced the unit. I could not have been more satisfied. He was very thorough and pleasant; he also took the time necessary to fully answer all my questions. I will continue to use Stove King for my fireplace needs.

I rarely say I can rave about an establishment or service but I want to take the time to express genuine gratitude for the superb experience we had with Stove King. Things have become so automated and impersonal -- I think people legitimately want great customer support and service. We got both. So, here's the deal. Our ancient furnace finally let go of the ghost and we're looking at well over 10k in replacement. Refuses to do work unless you buy the stove from them.
Great job, friendly cleaning service, and told us some things we didn’t know about our fireplace (no fan, don’t run it too long).
