Bait and Switch These guys were at my house to fix my microwave through my home warranty program. The technician came over, dismantled the microwave and said it wasn't installed right and wanted me to pay him 60 dollars for the service call and said he couldn't work on it because of it. Techicians with Poor Attitude My insurance company hired this company to install a microwave and oven wall unit in my home. The first tech arrived with a scowl on his face. The second arrived several minutes later. He also emitted vibes of hating his job. Still they went about doing the job they were hired for, until the new replacement unit didn't fit by about 1/8 inch. Roughly the thickness of a kitchen spatula.
