Really liked Randy! Repair a little pricey.
Terrible customer service and the woman was rude and completely clueless. I do not recommend as this is no way to run a business.
Wonderful customer service and tech did an excellent job fixing my dryer. My family have been using Stouts for years, always reliable and very professional!
Customers that call our business and have taken their machine apart in any manner trying to repair themselves create a liability for our business. We also cannot try to repair or give advice on how the customer can repair, for the same reasons.
