Jody Kaufman has been handling my case for 6 1/2 years now. Just a long drawn out case but Jody has been to each and every court hearing. Hopefully one day this will end. Count on Jody Kaufman being there for you.
Will not return phone calls. Well not keep clients informed as to their case. I've called I'm 10 million times left messages with no return phone calls. Very unprofessional. You could do better.
I have been leaving messages for someone to get back to me regarding documentation that I mailed to them and no one has returned my calls for one month now. Not very professional!
