I tried, I really tried to give them every benefit of the doubt, 4 times. What started as a freon leak from a 2 year old Gree mini split , turned into a $5,700 ordeal that took over 3 months. When he replaced the lines, we thought all was good ( which I later found out was never replaced), then somehow a circuit board was burnt, then he installed another, then another.
