I have the XHD 72-4. The way the 4" spacing is tapered it works great pulling anything from saplings to 6-8" trees/stumps without grapple assistance. The grapple has pin point accuracy and holding power too the way it pinches, not just overlap.
I have been in the brush mowing and grassland maintenance industry for over 30 yrs. I have used virtually every type of mower throughout my career, from drum and disc mulchers, to flail mowers, sickle mowers, side arm and boom mowers, large pull behind bat wings etc. This Stout skid steer mower is built tough and it will perform in much harsher conditions and habitat than typical pasture mowing. Purchased a sander and it broke less than 1 hour into its first use. Poor quality, only 2 moving parts and they still got it wrong
I have a small excavation business, I have used and own several stout skid steers attachments. Brush mower, stump grapple, root grapple, and more. All have been very well built at a good price. Highly recommend. Awesome family run business!
