I rarely write reviews but felt i needed to it this case. I purchased a XHD 84 with 6" tine spacing used and needed a part. Jo Ann immediately got me to Chris who proved to be both knowledgeable and helpful, getting me to the right part for my attachment at a very reasonable price and shipping was free. I bought one of there stump grinders and over time naturally it's needed repairs that's not what I'm upset about the part I'm upset about is I ordered all the parts for it got some but they forgot some and I've been dealing with them for 3 months trying to get the parts. They are very unresponsive and say they are gonna do something but then never do i don't recommend buying anything from them seriously considering selling the stump grinder and going with a different brand this entire experience has been extremely annoying

I bought one of there stump grinders and just about everything has fallen apart. I blame myself for not walking away when I seen how they attached the rubber guard with cheap self tapping screws. After one job the motor is leaking out of the output shaft, the teeth didn't last 4 hours, I had to spend $700 to actually get usa made teeth,the motor is connected with a chain cuppler and keyway.
