Poor workmanship, and charging for work that was not completed properly, as well as inventing work that was not needed. Leaving my car here was a huige mistake whihc wasted years and hundreds of pounds for nothing. Work that was done on the brakes made the car unsafe. The other reviewer from the USA probably isn't real.
