I would give them a Zero if I Could! Avoid these Cowboy car dealers. Sold me a car a few years ago. Asked them if Cam Belt had been done, Their response we do not know but if needed doing can do but must be adhere to full asking price. I went ahead with this. Once I got the car delivered, I called them to ask if they had it done. Stourbridge Motors were a pleasure to purchase from, they were very friendly and didn't feel pressured into any decision, Les in particular was very patient with me and answered every question I had, I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again and would recommend anyone to check them out for yourself!
We visited here to have a look at a car that we had seen online. When we went into the office, we were greeted by Les who got the keys straight away and let us view it with no feeling of being pushy. He had no problem with letting us test drive it that day also. We viewed it on Wednesday and picked the car up on Saturday where we dealt with Les & Andy. A very good experience from start to finish. I brought my first car from here today and I couldn’t fault them at all. I dealt with Andy who was very professional and helpful and he provided me with updates about the car before I picked up and he’s knowledgeable and helped with any questions that I had . I would highly recommend.
