We have utilized this company for sometime. The father is good and does great work. The sun I believe is no longer involved. His name is Mac. He’s one of the most dishonest people I’ve met. The amount of time and money and extra work that this man has caused me and my family is inexcusable. I would avoid this company at all costs unless you are dealing with the owner and the father. My new mini split was a diy project that went wrong. I called and left a message and at 1pm she called me back saying he could come out now. One of our copper lines had busted! He had to fix that and get the moisture out of our system. He was very honest on the hours he spent. He was friendly and did not judge us for breaking it! I will definitely use them in the future!
Gentlemen that came out were really nice and it was a quick fix. They took a week to respond though.
We have been very happy with service from Stoughton’s. They’ve always been timely and have done a great job. Definitely a hard-working group who we can count on for excellent service!!
