We had them come out to look at our dryer that was not working properly. Not only were they on time and they kept us updated about their arrival time, but the gentleman who arrived was very friendly and accommodating. He did excellent work. He was very clean and actually left the space cleaner than he arrived to it. He was very efficient and I appreciated his honesty about my options as far as repairs I highly recommend them.This is a company we will stick with!

Joe is an honest man who runs honest business. This is a pretty rare thing these days. I would recommend his services to anyone. Good repair services are hard to find they all just want to sell you new trash appliances. Joe can repair any appliance and tell you if it is worth repairing or not.
We discovered our gas oven was giving off an odor while trying to preheat and called Stoughton Appliance Repair the next morning. Becky and Joe were amazing to work with! It was easy to schedule our appointment, and I was given updated ETAs throughout the day. Joe diagnosed the issue as a failed igniter and got our stove back up and running in no time. The pricing was fair and we will absolutely call them the next time we have an issue with an appliance.
Joe saves the day repairing my washing machine last month and dryer this month. He's friendly and prompt, and I truly appreciate him coming out on Saturdays! Ty
