Just In It For The Money - NO COMPASSION – Our family recently lost a close family member that we loved very much. He was such a kind and humble person. A TRUE friend to those who knew him. He struggled financially as he had been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis since 10th grade. We were asked what funeral home to use, and Stoudenmire-Dowling came to mind. BIG MISTAKE! KARMA – Since 1946? Did you take lessons from Hitler himself? So people live out their lives and have to die only later to see their family facing YOU! You are cold hearted, mean to the core taking advantage of families when they are most vulnerable! Keep in mind some day you will die. Making a terrible time worse – I went to this funeral home several weeks ago, but am just now able to write this. I was inquiring into prices because my mom was very ill. The people I talked to (I'm sorry, I was too upset to get their names) were very cold once they found out my mother was still alive. They even were heartless enough to ask "Well, when do you think she is going to die? Can you try to guess?" I left in tears. Are you really that cold,cruel and heartless?? – I have a friend who used you to take care of a loved one.. YOU HELD THEIR DEPARTED UNTIL THEY COULD PAY???
