Stotz came and picked up my broken tractor 10 days ago. Great. Just got a call with an estimate after they had it for 10 days only to tell me that the parts needed are out of stock and will be an additional week. When I suggested that maybe they could have looked at it last week to determine what was wrong and order any parts, I was told that didn't make sense. I don't think it will make any sense bringing my business to them again.

This is the absolute best place to get your John Deere engine services . they are some sort of parts warehouse / distribution center . they have the parts on hand and provide excellent service !! I've had such horrible luck in the past . can't say enough about how good this place is !
