On Saturday morning, I called and asked James about my Kubota mower. He dropped everything and spent much time trying to cross-reference parts I needed. He gave me much time. We hung up. About 10 minutes later he called me back with much more information; he spent much more time trying to help me. At the shop he showed me the cross-referenced parts. He was amazing.
