We commissioned Stothard Projects to build our family home after seeing other successful projects of theirs completed in our local area. The project involved delivery of a bespoke architectural design with a variety of unique features on an unusual block. We have been delighted with the outcome that the Stothard Projects team have delivered. We deeply regret choosing this builder and wish we had undertaken far more due diligence before signing our contract. Our experience has been devastating. During construction, the works substantially deviated from the approved plans, mandatory certification inspections were not completed, and significant compliance issues remain. As a result, our home cannot currently obtain an Occupation Certificate. The consequences have been enormous. We have been left with a property that cannot be lawfully occupied, sold or refinanced i... read more

They kept me updated every we... read more
I haven’t used Stothard Projects to build, but I did contact the office regarding a driveway finish that I loved at a recently completed home they did in Terrigal. I asked for the details as to who they used and what it was called. Blake was fabulous and provided all the information I needed. Thanks Blake!
