I would strongly caution anyone considering Stothard Projects. My experience building a home with them has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Communication has consistently been poor, and critical documentation has either been withheld or ignored — despite repeated formal requests and two in-person meetings. Numerous key elements of the project remain incomplete — including joinery, landscaping, carpet installation, and stonemasonry — with no clear timeline or resolution. Really good communicator, great efficient builder.
Not related to any building however purely personal- My car broke down and a gentleman from this company got out of his ute to help us push our car at 6:40am. Clearly good hearted people at this company. Thanks again for your act of kindness!
We have been so impressed by Blake from Stothard Projects. While we are still in the planning stage, Blake has been so accommodating and invested hours of his time in assessing potential land, and designs, showing us previous builds and taking drone footage to assess views. Thank you!
