I would strongly caution anyone considering Stothard Projects. My experience building a home with them has been deeply frustrating and disappointing. Communication has consistently been poor, and critical documentation has either been withheld or ignored — despite repeated formal requests and two in-person meetings. Numerous key elements of the project remain incomplete — including joinery, landscaping, carpet installation, and stonemasonry — with no clear timeline or resolution.
