I've shopped with Storyville for years and the last year has been horrible. My last 3 orders I had to escalate to management just to get my orders. I placed an order on 08/08/2016 and called today 08/23/16 for an order status and was told my item is on back order without any indication of when to expect the order and without any update from Storyville of the back order situation. Called this morning because I mistakenly had my shirt shipped to Pa instead of here and the young lady was so sweet & helpful! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I absolutely love this store!!! The water meter shirts are my favorite!!! I make the trip every month to get some of the best local t-shirts around!!!
