Great community and loving staff!
I'm not sure what is going on here, but since it opened the service and menu options have declined and the prices have skyrocketed. Since I wrote this I have had communication with the director, chef, and bistro manager. Two days after the meeting no dinner was delivered. The chef is rude and unprofessional. He won't speak to my mom since the meeting. A few more times dinner hasn't been delivered to my mom. This is inexcusable. She moved from a $7000 two bedroom to a one bedroom. Our family loves StoryPoint because my Mom loves StoryPoint. Nice atmosphere and very well kept. A bit pricey, but the cost of care is high everywhere I guess. They do need to slow the exorbitant annual rate hikes.
