The staff at Storypoint Portage are kind and professional. They have taken excellent care of my dad as he goes through the stages of dementia. We have been to several memory care facilities and this by far is the absolute best!
I would highly recommend Story Point. We moved my Mom from an assisted living facility in Elkhart, IN and Story Point was like a 5 star resort compared to where she was at previously . The staff were always friendly and they the seemed like they actually cared, it was not just a job for them. The food was great, and the layout was perfect with everything within a circle so my Mom couldn't get lost. Also, the Wellness Director, Rebekha Kirk, was amazing. If there were ever any concerns, she would take care of them right away.
Husband and I took the tour,we are looking for my mother,wonderful place for her to be in an apartment.

Working at story point portage has been one of the best places ive worked in a long time. When they say employees first they mean that. Management will work with you and truly care about you not just as an employee but as a person. The way they look at and care for the residents is amazing. The residents are not a dollar sign here.
